A chain with no weak links

The term “quality” has several connotations at Arvid Nilsson. First and foremost is specific product quality, in which screws, bolts, nuts and washers must meet the requirements placed upon them. Here we follow established procedures that ensure a uniform level of quality and catch any possible weaknesses as they arise.

Secondly, we work actively with quality assurance and have a dedicated manager who is responsible for this area. Quality assurance is more than quality control, as it is about establishing and following up on procedures and guidelines that stretch beyond simple fastening elements. This entails for example:

• Delivering the promised products and services to our customers
• Ensuring that Arvid Nilsson in all its activities follows the guidelines in our management system, which is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001-certified, and which covers the areas of quality and environment. 
• Regular visits to our suppliers and inspection of the products that are delivered to us
• Product certificates linked to an increasing number of articles in our product range

Thirdly, quality is one of our fundamental values, because we also see it as one of Arvid Nilsson's key characteristics. This entails constantly striving for improvement, thinking innovatively and remaining goal-oriented in everything we do. We do the right things the right way, and we see quality-awareness as a chain with no weak links.
