Competence through coursework

Our Training Centre is located in Kungälv, Sweden. This is where we hold our coursework and training activities and create the ideal framework for you and your colleagues to acquire new knowledge and skills. Kungälv is also the home of Arvid Nilsson AB in Sweden and is located just north of the city of Gothenburg.

A good example of the activities offered at the Training Centre is our introduction course for new employees. This course lasts for two days and provides an introduction to Arvid Nilsson as a company. The overall plan will present you with our strategies and values, while, on a more concrete level, the course introduces our products, company norms and standards and an insight into quality assurance and customer service. Participants also participate in a tour of the logistics centre to get a look at, among other things, quality control put into practice.

A thorough introduction is an investment that pays off for both the company and the employees. At the same time, it is a great way to meet fellow colleagues from other Scandinavian countries.
