Nordic retail concept
Arvid Nilsson has rolled out a totally new retail concept to builders’ merchants in the Nordic countries.
The concept has been developed on the basis of a strong customer focus and represents many benefits for both agents and end customers.
For some time now Arvid Nilsson has been working to develop a retail concept for builders’ merchants that simplifies and improves the ability of individual agents to guide their customers to find just the right product for a specific purpose. At the same time we have had the chance, in close collaboration with the Herføll Group in Norway, to try out the solution and in doing so we have obtained invaluable feedback from a strong business partner. This has created a unique result that satisfies the requirements of both agents and end customers.
It was one significant requirement of the new concept that our agents should be able to have 100% control over the sale of screws right down to article level, even when they are sold individually.
